The advantage of our Vertical turbine pump and Vertical mixed flow pump
1. We make pumps with high quality metal mould, the face is very beautiful, no need to spray thick glossy paint to cover up the poor surface of the casting, we only need to keep the original paint, no need any polishing.
2. Our pump has shield sleeve for pump column, which is used in protecting shaft and bearing.
3. We make stress relieving and reinforcement to make sure the column is more sturdy and ensuring accuracy, which keeps pump column does not deform . If the pump column deforms, it will result in inaccurate accuracy and the pump is easy to make vibration. (Most of suppliers can not make such processes).
4. Our pumps can be made as fire fighting pump with NFPA 20 standard or API610 standard according to user’s requirement.
Most of suppliers make the pump column without shield sleeve, having no making stress relieving. In additions, they use the pump material is not good. The weight of pump is very light. So the cost is low and the quality is not good , so the pump will be with short life time.
Compared with other suppliers , Vertical turbine pumps and Vertical mixed flow pumps will better in design, process, material and structure, weight, life time, etc.
